Donations

4KidzSports is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 47-4492239). All donations made through this website are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Because donations are voluntary contributions that directly support our programs, donations are non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was entered, please contact us within seven (7) days at sherm@4kidzsports.org. We’ll review the request and do our best to assist you.

Partner Products

Some products featured on our website are offered in partnership with third-party organizations that share our mission. These items are sold and fulfilled directly by those partners, and their individual return, exchange, and refund policies apply. Please contact us if you need help connecting with the correct partner for support.

4KidzSports Merchandise (Future Orders)

If and when we offer 4KidzSports-branded merchandise for sale, the following return policy will apply:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sherm@4kidzsports.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom or personalized items, and personal-care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you prefer is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
